Deputy Manager – Two Wheeler (North & East)

About the role

The Deputy Manager – Two Wheeler will lead partner engagement and drive business growth for rural two‑wheeler products across the North and East regions. You will act as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring targets are met with a focus on productivity and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high motivation levels among partners through continuous engagement.
• Achieve business targets for rural two‑wheeler products.
• Improve lead quality to boost overall productivity.
• Design, launch, and manage Reward & Recognition programs for partners.
• Serve as the single point of contact for partner queries on lead and tele‑binding products.
• Coordinate with Product, Operations, and IT teams to resolve partner issues quickly.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge‑sharing series for partners.
• Provide regular MIS reports and updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the lending business, with 1–2 years in a product or sales role.
• Collaborative work style with the ability to engage cross‑functionally.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and data‑analytics abilities.
• Proficiency in Marathi or Gujarati is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, self‑starter attitude, and high motivation.
