Décor Sales Officer – Executive N – Jaipur

About the role

The Décor Sales Officer will lead the store team in driving home décor category sales while ensuring operational excellence and a delightful customer experience. This role reports directly to store staff and acts as the single point of contact for all sales and dealer-related activities.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales through store staff and achieve store‑level GMV and revenue targets.
• Maintain customer index and convert footfall into sales.
• Generate on‑ground demand and execute dealer servicing activities.
• Maintain Dealer Health Cards, resolve issues, and coordinate with stakeholders for Sleek, Bath, UPVC, and WT product lines.
• Serve as the single point of contact for order servicing and issue resolution.
• Ensure hygiene standards and overall store operational excellence.
• Promote effective use of digital tools to enhance customer conversion.
• Lead team training, grooming, and recruitment in coordination with the central training team.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior salesperson in a home décor showroom.
• Ability to manage multiple customers at various stages of the sales cycle.
• Outstanding negotiation, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Team player with strong leadership abilities.
