Data Analyst

About the role

Medico Workforce is a data‑driven platform that helps medical staffing agencies and clinical organisations optimise hiring and clinician retention. As a Data Analyst you will turn raw hiring, placement and performance data into actionable insights that drive product decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Transform complex HR, staffing and clinical placement datasets into clean, structured formats using SQL and Python.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to visualise hiring trends, candidate funnels and workforce performance.
• Partner with product and operations teams to define KPIs, track experiment outcomes and quantify the impact of staffing optimisations.
• Automate routine reporting with Python scripts or SQL stored procedures to improve data freshness.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns such as drop‑off points in hiring or regional staffing gaps.

Required profile

• Strong experience with SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Background in healthcare or HR analytics is preferred.
• Ability to document data models, ETL flows and dashboard logic for reproducibility.
