CyberSecurity Specialist – Identity & Access Management

About the role

Serve as a CyberSecurity Specialist focused on protecting critical network infrastructure through Identity and Access Management, data protection and endpoint security. The role operates in a hybrid work model, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to reduce risk, ensure regulatory compliance and support business growth during day‑shift hours.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement IAM strategies that provide timely, appropriate access while minimizing security risk.
• Monitor and remediate endpoint security threats across diverse platforms to maintain system integrity.
• Design and enforce data security policies for information in transit and at rest.
• Integrate security requirements into infrastructure and application projects and conduct regular risk assessments.
• Configure and maintain security tools for endpoint protection, data loss prevention and identity governance.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in identity and access management, data security and endpoint security in enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in encryption, data classification, role‑based access controls and identity governance.
• Experience working with sales and marketing processes to apply tailored security controls.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities to coordinate across onsite and remote teams.
