Customer Technical Support

About the role

Driscoll's is seeking a Customer Technical Support professional to join its Technical team in Maidstone. You will act as a bridge between Technical Account Managers, growers and retail customers, ensuring high‑quality standards, smooth technical processes and excellent service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support Technical Account Managers and the Head of Technical Account Management in day‑to‑day technical activities.
• Maintain technical databases, approval systems and grower approval records.
• Coordinate retailer and new‑variety sampling programmes, ensuring traceability and compliance.
• Investigate customer complaints, depot rejections and quality issues, providing clear analysis and reporting.
• Produce trend analyses, performance reports and quality insights for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly crop reports and collate relevant weather and production data.
• Maintain customer portals, retailer specifications and technical documentation.
• Support retailer quality trackers, scorecards and performance reporting.
• Own complaints data management and maintain a central reporting database.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting accuracy and ways of working.
• Provide administrative support to the wider Technical team, including meeting coordination and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in technical support, data analysis or quality assurance.
• Proven ability to work closely with technical account managers, growers and retail customers.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in complaint investigation and reporting.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
