Customer Service Executive

About the role

Autumn Rooms is looking for a motivated Customer Service Executive to join our on‑site team in Kochi. You will be the first point of contact for residents, helping them navigate accommodation options, policies, and services throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident inquiries via phone, email, and face‑to‑face interactions.
• Provide clear information on housing options, booking procedures, and company policies.
• Handle complaints, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of resident satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow up to confirm resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address service problems and improve processes.
• Collect resident feedback and suggest enhancements to service workflows.
• Support promotional and informational campaigns related to Autumn Rooms’ housing solutions.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kochi, manage time effectively and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer‑facing roles, hospitality, or accommodation services is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or customer‑service tools.
• Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
