Customer Relationship Specialist – Granite

About the role

Altisource is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist for its Granite platform in Bengaluru. The role involves guiding new clients through onboarding, providing ongoing support, and ensuring a positive experience with the company’s mortgage and real estate solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new client onboarding, welcoming clients and explaining products and services.
• Serve as the first point of contact via phone and email, addressing questions and concerns.
• Troubleshoot client issues and collaborate with internal teams for swift resolution.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting client relationships by understanding individual needs.
• Educate clients on updates, new features, and best practices.
• Gather client feedback and relay insights to internal teams.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport and maintain relationships.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset with patience and empathy.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks.
• Proficiency with office productivity software.
• Previous experience in a client‑facing or customer service role (preferred).
