Customer Relationship Manager – B2B Jewelry Industry

About the role

The Customer Relationship Manager will be the primary liaison for international B2B clients of a leading jewellery manufacturing house. You will ensure smooth communication, coordinate order fulfilment, and uphold the highest quality standards to strengthen long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international B2B buyers.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requirements, and follow‑ups.
• Analyse production processes and recommend improvements to meet client quality and efficiency expectations.
• Coordinate order processing, production, quality checks, and dispatch to meet agreed delivery timelines.
• Ensure all shipments comply with buyer specifications and applicable quality standards.
• Collect client feedback, manage complaints, and drive timely resolutions.
• Maintain regular communication through email, WhatsApp and other channels, supporting new collection launches.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Quality, Marketing, ERP and Dispatch teams.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in jewellery or manufacturing, handling international B2B clients.
• Excellent command of English and strong client‑handling abilities.
• Proven track record in managing accounts, orders, and delivery coordination.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple internal departments.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, export‑oriented manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems.
• Advanced MS Office and Excel skills.
