Custom Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Custom Software Engineer to design, develop, and enhance tailored software components for our clients. You will work with modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver high‑performing, scalable solutions that meet specific business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code, and test custom software solutions across various systems and applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Maintain and improve existing applications to boost performance and user experience.
• Document code changes, development processes, and technical specifications clearly.
• Mentor junior developers by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience developing Python applications.
• At least 15 years of full‑time education (equivalent to a bachelor’s degree).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and become a subject‑matter expert.
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder interaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming concepts and software design patterns.
• Experience with version‑control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with debugging and testing tools to ensure code quality.
• Ability to work with relational databases and write efficient SQL queries.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and continuous integration processes.
