Creative Designer

About the role

The Creative Designer will craft and adapt visual concepts to meet project requirements, adding original value beyond basic execution. Working within a dynamic studio environment, you will collaborate closely with senior creatives to ensure high‑quality output across print and digital media.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Art Director/Visualizer to develop consistent, high‑impact designs and layouts.
• Follow established design guidelines while proposing creative solutions for complex projects.
• Perform thorough pre‑press checks to guarantee error‑free print files.
• Manage image preparation, including color profiling and suitability for print production.
• Log time and materials accurately in the studio MIS.
• Adhere to studio workflow processes and best practices in daily activities.
• Maintain strict compliance with brand guidelines and project timelines.
• Proactively manage personal workflow to meet efficiency and chargeability targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating layouts and graphic designs using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong sense of typography, colour, and visual balance.
• Good knowledge of pre‑press, print, and pre‑media processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of marketing and advertising concepts.
