Associate Graphic Designer

About the role

The Associate Graphic Designer creates visually appealing assets that support KBR’s selling efforts across multiple platforms. The role blends creativity with strategic communication to help convey brand messages to diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original visual content that follows brand standards and reinforces KBR’s market leadership.
• Design graphics and illustrations for proposals, fact sheets, conference materials, print and digital signage, and other collateral.
• Operate hardware and software to prepare, revise, print, and store text, illustrations, graphs, and charts.
• Maintain organized files for all creative assets, software, art materials, and special fonts.
• Translate conceptual ideas into effective designs using sketches, models, written or verbal instructions, and imagination.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in graphic design, marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of layout, typography, color theory, and graphic design fundamentals.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑changing environment.
• Online portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign on the Windows platform.
• Basic motion or video‑editing skills (bonus).
