UI/UX Designer

About the role

Explorance is seeking a creative and versatile UI/UX Designer who excels in both UI design and graphic design to create visually stunning and functional digital experiences. If you love working with tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite and enjoy crafting designs that are both functional and beautiful, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to design visually appealing and user‑friendly interfaces that support business goals.
• Create high‑quality UI/UX designs using Figma.
• Work closely with developers to ensure flawless implementation of your designs.
• Maintain a cohesive design system and pattern library to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns by designing branded digital assets, web graphics, and visual content using Adobe Creative Suite.

Required profile

• Strong design skills and a portfolio showcasing your work.
• 6‑10 years of experience designing interfaces and creating visual content.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Excellent collaboration with cross‑functional teams including product, development, and marketing.
• Ability to create impactful, brand‑aligned designs for digital platforms and marketing efforts.
