Creative Director

About the role

The Creative Director will own the creative vision and quality for HIKINEX’s Marketing Department. You will define direction, set brand standards, mentor designers and ensure every deliverable aligns with the company’s visual identity and business goals across multiple brands and product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Own creative quality of all marketing deliverables and maintain visual identity.
• Lead creative direction for websites, software products, presentations, videos, training content, social media and product launches.
• Make final decisions on branding, visual direction, design quality and creative standards.
• Review, approve and provide feedback on all creative work before publication.
• Build scalable design systems, templates and creative processes.
• Mentor and develop designers, video editors and other creative team members.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Recruiting and Leadership teams.
• Continuously improve workflows using AI tools and automation.
• Support development of future client‑facing creative services.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in creative design, branding or creative leadership.
• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring creative teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
• Experience with technology, SaaS, B2B or startup environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Exceptional visual design and creative direction.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual identity and brand strategy.
• Deep knowledge of typography, layout, hierarchy, composition and color theory.
• Experience designing websites, landing pages and digital experiences.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem‑solving abilities.
