About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Cook to deliver consistent, high‑quality food and a great dining experience while maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food according to company recipes, ensuring correct taste, appearance, and portion size.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area and follow daily menu and prep lists.
• Operate kitchen equipment and perform cooking techniques such as braising, sautéing, searing, and grilling.
• Apply FIFO, proper food labeling, and serving temperature controls.
• Engage with customers, suggest add‑ons, and build rapport with repeat guests.
• Work independently at an assigned station while supporting teammates as needed.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and hand‑washing standards.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of cooking experience preferred.
• Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to jump in where needed.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
