Controlling Specialist (GD/CX) – Hyderabad

About the role

We are looking for a Controlling Specialist to join our GD/CX team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on financial controlling, reporting and analysis to support business decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Maintain and optimise controlling data in SAP BW and SAP CO/CI.
• Develop dashboards and visualisations using PowerBI.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Controlling or Accounting.
• Several years of experience in business or controlling functions.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
