Consultor(a) de Serviço ao Cliente – Pós‑Vendas Técnico

About the role

The Customer Service Consultant (Post‑Sales Technical – GSC) will act as the main liaison between Chevrolet dealerships and General Motors in the states of Bahia and Sergipe. Working remotely with regular on‑site visits, the role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring the proper execution of service and warranty processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, resolve, document and close customer cases within required timeframes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships between customers and the Chevrolet brand through dealership service departments.
• Provide consultative support to dealerships to increase customer satisfaction, resolve problems, and negotiate win‑win solutions.
• Handle conflict management, warranty service requests, and recall campaign execution.
• Coordinate technical training for dealership technicians and ensure proper use of special tools.
• Support the legal department, including participation in judicial hearings and consumer protection proceedings.
• Travel regularly (25‑50%) to dealerships across Bahia and Sergipe.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technologist program (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license (CNH) and ability to drive.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and proven experience in customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
• Intermediate English (desired).
• Experience with dealership service/parts operations is a plus.
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to prioritize critical services.
• Willingness to reside in Salvador and work throughout Bahia and Sergipe.
