Consultant/Senior Consultant – Media Strategy

About the role

Deloitte’s Customer Team is looking for a Consultant or Senior Consultant to shape advertising, media, and customer‑engagement strategies for global clients. You will work directly with senior stakeholders to accelerate growth, improve marketing effectiveness, and build technology‑enabled media operating models.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement media transformation agendas that integrate AdTech, AI, and data analytics.
• Advise senior client leaders on operating‑model redesign, governance, and capability‑building for data‑driven marketing.
• Partner with cross‑functional and global teams to create target operating models, roadmaps, and transformation plans.
• Lead AI‑enabled customer‑experience and advertiser‑support programs for technology and digital‑advertising clients.
• Provide strategic guidance on Google Ads, platform optimization, campaign performance, and emerging AI‑powered advertising solutions.
• Evaluate AI‑first support models, including copilot recommendations, diagnostic workflows, and automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑quality consulting work on media or marketing projects.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and coordinate with onsite/offshore resources.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; comfortable engaging with global stakeholders.
• US‑client facing experience preferred.
