Construction Methods Engineer

About the role

The Construction Methods Engineer will develop, implement and continuously improve construction methods, standards and best practices to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver construction methodologies tailored to project specifications, materials, site conditions and schedules.
• Identify and resolve constructability challenges, applying proven principles to find effective solutions.
• Provide technical expertise on construction techniques to project and site teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive records of methods, changes, outcomes and lessons learned for future reference.
• Contribute to departmental improvement programs through analyses, workshops, reporting and development of construction methods standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with construction techniques, materials and HSSE regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency with construction management software and related tools.
