Construction Equipment Maintenance Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Engineer to lead the maintenance and operation of heavy construction equipment on site. You will ensure that all machinery is safe, functional, and compliant with environmental and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on cranes, tower cranes, batching plants, concrete pumps, boom placers, and earth‑moving equipment.
• Manage spare‑part inventories and coordinate procurement for timely repairs.
• Oversee equipment receipt, unloading, assembly, erection, installation, commissioning, and dismantling.
• Conduct periodic inspections and monitor maintenance schedules, providing repair cost estimates.
• Maintain construction power distribution systems and basic electrical installations.
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations related to equipment operation and maintenance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction or industrial equipment maintenance.
• Strong understanding of preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance strategies.
• Familiarity with construction industry processes and safety standards.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow commissioning procedures.
