Inventory Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Inventory Manager who can take ownership of inventory planning, stock accuracy, material availability, and coordination across vendors, operations, and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records across products and locations.
• Monitor stock levels, material availability, incoming supplies, and outgoing orders.
• Ensure timely replenishment and minimize stock‑outs, excess inventory, and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding material availability, dispatches, shortages, and delivery timelines.
• Work closely with procurement, sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with system records.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, supply chain, procurement, or a similar role.
• Experience in building materials, construction materials, hardware, industrial products, or B2B procurement preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management processes, and purchase order handling.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, coordination and communication skills.
