Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities on‑site in Tirur for residential and commercial projects. This full‑time, on‑site position involves coordinating work crews, monitoring progress against plans and schedules, and ensuring that construction meets quality, safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities on the site.
• Coordinate work crews and allocate resources and materials.
• Monitor progress against plans, schedules and budgets.
• Interpret architectural, structural and interior design drawings and specifications.
• Report project status, risks and issues to project management.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, architects and contractors.
• Resolve on‑site problems and support timely, cost‑effective completion.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering and construction practices, including site supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and interior design drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience coordinating labour, equipment and materials and monitoring daily work progress.
• Understanding of safety regulations, quality standards and local building codes.
