Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

Allianz Services is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead the design, implementation and ongoing management of a dedicated global compliance topic while providing coverage for local entities. Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, the role combines strategic development with hands‑on delivery across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain a global compliance topic in line with Allianz Services’ policies, standards and the Compliance manual.
• Contribute to the creation and periodic update of internal compliance rules and procedures to reflect current laws, regulations and industry standards.
• Facilitate the sharing of best practices and lessons learned across the organisation to strengthen governance and compliance effectiveness.
• Align compliance initiatives with strategic objectives and corporate standards.
• Leverage digital solutions to support compliance activities and monitor emerging compliance risks and trends.

Required profile

• University degree in Law, Finance, Economics or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in compliance, risk management, regulatory affairs or a comparable governance function.
• Compliance certification (e.g., ICA) is a plus.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, influence senior stakeholders and drive tangible outcomes.
