Company Representative (Retail Sales)

About the role

Dreams Stationery is looking for a full‑time Company Representative to work on‑site in Kasaragod. The role focuses on delivering excellent in‑store customer service, guiding shoppers through the stationery range, and supporting the brand’s retail presence.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, answer product queries and recommend stationery that fits individual needs.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure stock levels are accurate.
• Handle sales transactions, process cash and digital payments, and record sales data.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve offerings.
• Participate in promotional activities and support brand initiatives.
• Represent Dreams Stationery professionally, keeping the store welcoming and organized.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Retail or sales experience, preferably with point‑of‑sale systems.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to manage displays and inventory.
• Problem‑solving and interpersonal skills to address customer concerns.
• Attention to detail and genuine interest in stationery or design‑focused products.
• Availability to work full‑time on‑site in Kasaragod, including weekends or extended hours as needed.

Required skills

• Operation of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Basic computer literacy for sales recording and inventory tracking.
