Community & Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative and performance‑driven Community & Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across multiple locations. The role will initially focus on social media management, content planning, campaign execution and community engagement, with the opportunity to grow into a broader marketing leadership position.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage all social media platforms; plan, create, schedule and publish engaging content.
• Build monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and grow online communities.
• Execute marketing campaigns across digital channels and support brand‑building initiatives.
• Promote events, workshops and community activities while ensuring consistent brand communication.
• Drive customer engagement through digital campaigns, referral and retention initiatives.
• Build relationships with local communities, creators and partners.
• Gradually take ownership of overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, customer acquisition, vendor management, planning, reporting and end‑to‑end marketing operations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing.
• Strong experience managing Instagram and other social platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proven ability to create content calendars and execute social media campaigns.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics and campaign optimization.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Preferred: experience in fitness, sports, lifestyle or related consumer brands; multi‑location marketing; familiarity with CRM tools, analytics platforms and marketing automation; passion for community building and brand storytelling.
