Community Management Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Community Management Associate based in India to help shape how a major knowledge‑driven brand engages audiences on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms. The role combines creativity, cultural awareness and real‑time responsiveness to connect with a global, Gen‑Z audience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a community‑management playbook for multiple social platforms.
• Define and refine brand tone‑of‑voice, adapting it to platform‑specific cultures.
• Monitor online conversations, cultural trends and real‑time moments to identify engagement opportunities.
• Engage directly with communities by responding to comments, messages and discussions.
• Collaborate with communications and social teams to amplify community stories and impact‑driven content.
• Track engagement metrics, sentiment and content performance to inform strategy and experimentation.
• Test and recommend tools, features and approaches to improve social listening and scalability.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in community management or social media engagement.
• Strong understanding of short‑form video platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong editorial judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, remote, cross‑functional environment.
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness of regional messaging nuances.
• Collaborative mindset, curiosity about online culture and enthusiasm for experimentation.
