Global Digital Asset Services Coordinator

About the role

The Global Digital Asset Services Coordinator ensures 3M’s digital assets are managed consistently and efficiently across regions. By coordinating projects, aligning stakeholders, and supporting governance, the role improves asset quality, metadata accuracy, and operational visibility, enabling faster content delivery and better reuse.

Key responsibilities

• Manage global digital‑asset projects from intake through delivery, overseeing timelines, dependencies and quality reviews.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Digital Asset Services, Business Groups, IT, creative studios, photographers and other partners to resolve issues and align service requirements.
• Ensure assets comply with metadata, taxonomy, and digital‑asset‑management standards, supporting governance and lifecycle processes.
• Track operational metrics and stakeholder feedback using Workfront, Power BI and Excel to drive reporting and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 4–7 years of experience with Digital Asset Management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager.
• Strong project‑management skills, including intake, timeline, and risk management.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional initiatives across global teams.
