Cluster Head – Odisha

About the role

The Cluster Head will lead a network of 50‑100 vendors across 4‑5 markets within a 50‑100 km radius of Rourkela. This senior position combines key account management with market research to strengthen Ninjacart’s agri‑ecosystem in Odisha.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage a cluster of 50‑100 vendors across multiple nearby markets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key account management with destination‑market vendors.
• Conduct thorough market research and build a comprehensive vendor database.
• Understand and monitor quality grades of various commodity categories and their trade routes.
• Develop and execute geographic strategies in consultation with the Zonal/Regional Head.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a large vendor cluster.
• Background in key account management within the agriculture sector.
• Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
