About the role
We are looking for a Client Relations & Operations Team Member to manage transactional processing activities at our Patna branch. The role supports retail investors and distributors, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions in line with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Accept and process investor transactions, including fund flows, banking of payment instruments, and forwarding to registrars.
- Maintain error‑free payouts and handle non‑financial transactions within defined turnaround times.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines, display NAV, manage DTSM, and support QA and internal audit activities.
- Liaise with banks, sales teams, head office, transfer agents, and other service providers to resolve transaction‑related issues.
- Process KYC applications, reconcile records and ensure no rejections.
Required profile
- Experience handling high‑volume transaction processing for a retail investor base of 35‑40 k with AUM of ₹1‑1.5 billion.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict accuracy and timeliness standards.
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements and willingness to stay updated on process changes.
- Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholder liaison.
