Client Consultant – Sales (Area Sales Executive)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Client Consultant to join our Pune team as an Area Sales Executive. You will drive new business for our home construction and interior design services, building strong relationships with clients and delivering tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Pune region.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for interior design and construction solutions.
• Conduct site visits, present proposals, and coordinate with design and project teams.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Monitor market trends, provide feedback to management, and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, business development, or account management, preferably in real estate, interiors, or home solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with on‑site client meetings, site visits, and local travel within Pune and nearby areas.
• Basic understanding of interior design or home construction processes is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for lead and pipeline management.
• Competence in using email and office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
