Civil Site Manager – Mundra

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Manager to lead the overall field contract management for our project in Mundra. The role involves coordinating with clients, contractors and authorities to ensure successful delivery of large‑scale commercial infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and administer field contracts, ensuring works align with design specifications and contract documents.
• Monitor quality of materials, workmanship, and installation, and oversee site safety coordination.
• Liaise with client, project management, contractors and authorities to resolve project issues.
• Supervise, review, and report on project progress, and coordinate final approvals and handover.
• Oversee assigned staff, implement site procedures and maintain awareness of the contract’s financial status.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience on large commercial infrastructure and building projects.
• Strong ability to interpret complex contract documents, drawings and specifications.
• Proven decision‑making skills on engineering problems and experience drafting responses to client correspondence.
• Advanced negotiation and presentation abilities.
