Civil Project Manager – Facility Management

About the role

The CMR Group of Institutions is looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead site supervision, vendor coordination and facility management across its educational campuses in Bangalore. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, monitor progress and enforce quality standards.
• Manage maintenance and operational activities for campus facilities.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to secure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Develop, track and adjust project plans to maintain smooth workflow.
• Conduct technical audits of site works to verify safety and compliance.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 3–6 years of project management experience in construction, real‑estate or related sectors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple field projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities, especially with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• MS Office – Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.
• AutoCAD (viewing) for reviewing drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello or ClickUp.
• Experience with CRM or field‑reporting systems for data‑driven tracking.
