Civil Construction Specialist – Residential Remodeling

About the role

Valley Construction is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Civil Construction Specialist to support residential remodeling projects in Lanka. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and design partners to ensure high‑end renovations are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the company’s exacting quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day construction activities, including site preparation and structural work.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with subcontractors to align with architectural plans.
• Support quality‑control checks, safety compliance, and inspection readiness.
• Assist project managers with scheduling, resource allocation, and cost tracking.
• Maintain accurate site documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong civil construction experience on residential projects, preferably high‑end remodels.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
• Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and efficient material use.
• Familiarity with inspection processes, site quality checks, and building codes.
• Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for on‑site collaboration.
