Chef de Partie – All‑Day Café Kitchen

About the role

Bombon, an all‑day café known for premium ingredients and specialty coffee, is looking for a Chef de Partie (CDP) to lead a specific kitchen section. This full‑time, on‑site role is based in Pune and focuses on delivering consistent, high‑quality dishes from breakfast through dinner.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, cook menu items, and plate dishes to Bombon’s quality standards.
• Supervise junior kitchen staff within the assigned section, ensuring hygiene and safety compliance.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Support inventory management, mise en place, and kitchen sanitation.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef on daily specials, menu updates, and efficient kitchen operations.

Required profile

• Strong culinary background in café‑style and all‑day breakfast cuisine.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume café or restaurant environment.
• Ability to manage a kitchen section and coordinate junior team members.
• Formal culinary training or certification is preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and extended hours.
