Chartered Accountant – Tax Advisory (2-3 yrs exp)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Chartered Accountant to join our Tax Advisory practice in Pune. The role offers exposure to M&A transaction advisory, corporate restructuring, international tax matters and cross‑border tax advisory, working closely with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth technical research on Income Tax, FEMA, GST, Companies Act, Stamp Duty and related statutes.
• Prepare high‑quality client deliverables such as advisory memos, executive presentations and Excel‑based financial models.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end assignment execution, liaising with clients, internal teams and external experts.
• Monitor regulatory developments and draft timely updates for the firm and its clients.
• Support business development by researching companies, drafting proposals and creating pitch decks.

Required profile

• CA qualification with 2‑3 years of post‑qualification experience in tax consulting or advisory.
• Strong analytical abilities and solid understanding of direct tax, international tax treaties and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude toward project ownership and client coordination.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
