Cashier – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Cashier to join the night‑operations team at Lumo N Nox, the premium restobar inside Radisson Blu Kochi. The role runs from 7:30 PM to 3:00 AM and focuses on delivering fast, accurate billing during busy evening service.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and settle guest bills accurately using the POS system.
• Handle cash, card and UPI payments, issue correct change and receipts.
• Reconcile the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift and hand over collections with proper documentation.
• Apply discounts, offers and voids only with authorised approval.
• Coordinate with service and floor staff to keep billing swift during peak hours.
• Maintain daily sales records and promptly report any discrepancies.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a cashier, preferably in a restaurant, bar, hotel or retail environment.
• Comfortable working night shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Basic proficiency in English and Malayalam.
• Honest, accurate with numbers and able to stay calm under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with POS billing systems; Micros experience is a plus.
