Guest Services Associate – Front Office Executive

About the role

The Guest Services Associate is the first point of contact for members and visitors at the RECCAA Club. You will manage reservations, handle billing, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, determine their needs, and provide courteous assistance.
• Manage room, banquet, and sports‑facility bookings, including check‑in and check‑out processes.
• Process cash, credit‑card, and digital payments, issue invoices and receipts, and follow up on pending payments.
• Coordinate banquet and event inquiries, and liaise with other departments to resolve guest requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, billing, and guest feedback.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline; a diploma or degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of front‑office or guest‑relations experience in a hospitality setting (freshers with the right aptitude may be considered).
• Fluent in English; Malayalam and Hindi are preferred.
• Presentable, service‑oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email.

What we offer

• Salary between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and shift assignment.
• Fixed day‑shift or rotational round‑the‑clock shift options.
• Food and/or accommodation may be provided depending on requirement.
