Caregiver – Home Healthcare (Full‑Time/Part‑Time)

About the role

Harito is seeking compassionate individuals to join its home‑healthcare team in Bengaluru. As a caregiver you will support elderly, bedridden, post‑surgery patients and anyone needing daily assistance, providing a safe and caring environment in their own homes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding and mobility.
• Provide personal care and maintain hygiene for elderly and bedridden individuals.
• Monitor and report any changes in patient health to family or medical staff.
• Follow medical and family care instructions, including medication reminders.
• Offer companionship, emotional support and ensure patient safety at all times.

• Compassionate and patient nature.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Responsible, disciplined and reliable.

Required skills

• Basic personal care techniques.
• Ability to follow written care guidelines.
