About the role
The Business Performance, Analytics & Reporting Specialist monitors and analyses business performance, providing visibility of current state and ensuring strategic priorities are delivered. The role supports continuous improvement and risk culture across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse business performance and wider metrics to support good customer outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Lead regular business performance review processes, collaborating with Finance, Product and Frontline teams.
- Identify and implement process and reporting enhancements, liaising with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage strong internal stakeholder relationships up to Senior Leadership level.
Required profile
- Experience in banking or a similar industry, preferably in an analytical or performance function.
- Proven stakeholder management capability to collaborate and influence at senior levels.
- Strong analytical skills with focus on quality, accuracy and detail.
- Strategic thinker able to partner with the business and develop quality insights.
