Business Growth Associate – Campus Partnerships

About the role

MyCaptain is seeking a Business Growth Associate to drive the expansion of its educational programs across universities and colleges. You will work at the intersection of marketing, sales, and leadership, engaging directly with campus communities to generate leads and convert them into customers.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage campus ambassadors across multiple institutions.
• Build and nurture partnerships with placement cells, student clubs, and other campus organizations, securing MoUs where appropriate.
• Pitch MyCaptain’s programs to prospective leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Design and execute on‑campus marketing campaigns in collaboration with ambassadors.
• Lead and mentor ambassadors, ensuring they meet performance goals.
• Organize workshops, webinars, and events to increase brand visibility on campuses.
• Track, analyze, and report metrics to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for driving growth.
