Business Finance Manager

About the role

Aramya is seeking a Business Finance Manager to partner with cross‑functional teams and drive financial clarity, cost efficiency, and process excellence. You will play a key role in building a financially disciplined and scalable organization for a fast‑growing fashion and lifestyle brand.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with various functions to identify cost centers and improve efficiency across business P&Ls.
• Support monthly P&L analysis, highlight key variances, and provide actionable insights.
• Analyse cash conversion cycles and identify gaps in payables, receivables, and inventory processes.
• Recommend and track initiatives to improve working‑capital efficiency.
• Assist in preparing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and periodic forecasts.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly variance analysis against plan and highlight business drivers.
• Define measurable KPIs with business and functional leaders.
• Build and maintain dashboards or reports to track performance against goals.
• Map existing processes, identify improvement areas, and document SOPs for critical finance functions.
• Support automation and standardisation of processes to enable scale.

Required profile

• CA / MBA (Finance) or graduate with strong financial acumen.
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Management Reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
