Business Development Manager – Merchant (Female)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive female Business Development Manager to join our team as a Sales Merchant. In this role you will be the main point of contact for customers, handling order processing, payment follow‑ups and supporting our customer acquisition initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Process orders received from customers accurately and efficiently.
• Interact with customers across multiple channels to ensure a positive experience.
• Follow up on payments and resolve any payment‑related issues promptly.
• Contribute actively to customer acquisition strategies and initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar sales or customer‑facing role.
• Proficient in English with solid speaking and writing abilities.
• Strong email communication skills.
• Proven track record in customer interaction and relationship management.
• Excellent follow‑up skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Excel (or similar spreadsheet tools) for order processing and data management.
