Business Development Manager – Lease Rental Discounting

About the role

Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand its Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) portfolio within the Aditya Birla Group ecosystem. You will be responsible for sourcing high‑value LRD opportunities, managing relationships across corporate and dealer networks, and delivering end‑to‑end deal execution.

Key responsibilities

• Drive LRD sourcing exclusively from ABG group companies, vendors, partners and dealer networks.
• Build and deepen relationships with corporate stakeholders and channel partners.
• Identify, structure and originate high‑quality LRD transactions (leased assets, rental‑backed deals).
• Manage the full deal lifecycle from sourcing through disbursement.
• Maintain portfolio quality, yield discipline and risk standards.
• Collaborate closely with credit, legal and technical teams to close structured deals.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in Lease Rental Discounting, high‑value loan processing (HL‑LAP) or commercial real‑estate financing.
• Strong network within corporate, developer and leasing ecosystems.
• Ability to analyse lease structures, rental cash‑flows and property valuations.
• Proven track record of originating and closing structured lending transactions.
• High ownership mindset and ability to work in a relationship‑driven environment.
