Business Development Manager

About the role

FABRICH Decor, a premium home‑decor and furnishing brand, is seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to accelerate growth and expand market presence. You will be the primary driver of new business opportunities, building strong relationships with designers, architects, developers and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet sales and revenue targets.
• Identify, generate and qualify new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, referrals and market research.
• Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, contractors, real‑estate developers and corporate clients.
• Conduct client meetings, understand requirements and convert prospects into customers.
• Present FABRICH Decor’s product collections and furnishing solutions to prospective clients.
• Develop partnerships and referral networks with industry professionals.
• Track sales pipelines, follow up with prospects and ensure timely closure of opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Interior Design or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales or a related role.
• Experience in interior décor, home furnishings, textiles, furniture, building materials or real‑estate is an advantage.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
