Business Development Manager

About the role

Lascade is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new partners, launching products, and expanding into new markets. You will work closely with the leadership team to shape revenue streams and build strategic relationships worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new business, affiliate, technology, and commercial partners.
• Research complementary products, services, and verticals for Lascade’s ecosystem.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and manage long‑term partner relationships.
• Discover monetisation opportunities across existing offerings.
• Analyse market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to launch integrations and services.
• Support expansion into new countries and markets.
• Represent Lascade at meetings, conferences, and networking events.
• Prepare business proposals, partnership presentations, and commercial reports.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or strategic growth.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to turn opportunities into successful partnerships.
• Commercial mindset with excellent relationship‑building skills.
• Experience with digital products, SaaS platforms, or technology startups.
• Comfortable engaging with founders, executives, and business leaders.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities.
• Self‑driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
