Business Development Executive – IT Infrastructure & Software Sales

About the role

Neural Networks Pvt Ltd, Kerala’s first Microsoft Solutions Partner, is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to accelerate growth of its IT infrastructure and software solutions portfolio. You will work closely with clients across South India, helping them modernise legacy systems and adopt cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT infrastructure and software solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Generate and follow up on leads to drive revenue growth.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and solution proposals.
• Collaborate with internal technical, sales, and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Stay updated on relevant products, solutions, and industry trends.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience selling IT infrastructure products or software solutions, preferably B2B.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and software offerings.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Goal‑oriented with a passion for achieving business results.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings within Kerala.
