Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Kochi. You will identify and qualify prospective clients, present OQULIX’s VR, AR and game‑based solutions, and manage the complete sales cycle from first contact to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and leads.
• Present and demo OQULIX’s VR, AR and game‑based solutions to prospects.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track pipeline progress.
• Follow up consistently to build long‑term client relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and gather market feedback.
• Attend client meetings, industry events and represent OQULIX professionally.
• Achieve sales targets and report on pipeline status.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with experience managing the full sales cycle.
• Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills, including clear presentations.
• Understanding of technology solutions, preferably in VR, AR, healthcare tech or edutech, and ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Organizational and time‑management skills, accurate documentation and CRM usage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑evolving deep‑tech environment.
• Previous B2B or tech product sales experience is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field preferred.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Kochi and engaging with clients both in person and digitally.
