About the role
Elrics, a technology‑driven custom software development firm, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join its team in Vaikom. The role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s market presence across the technology and software services sector.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal product, delivery, and support teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Required profile
- Proven experience in client acquisition, business development, and market research.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Strong organizational and project‑management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and business analytics.
- Experience in the technology or software development industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Vaikom.
