Business Development Manager (French language mandatory)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Technical Support Specialist to serve our France‑based customers for the KaromiManageArtworks platform, a leading SaaS solution for packaging and artwork management. The role combines technical troubleshooting, implementation coordination, and project support, requiring strong analytical skills and fluency in French.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for French‑speaking customers.
• Lead requirement‑gathering sessions during onboarding and implementation phases.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for internal teams.
• Support full‑lifecycle implementations, including kickoff, testing, UAT, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues related to configuration, workflows, access, and integrations.
• Maintain SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Product teams to resolve escalated issues and drive platform enhancements.
• Manage tickets, documentation, and workflows using Jira, Zendesk, and Confluence.
• Conduct product training and knowledge‑transfer sessions in French.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in sales, technical support, implementation, or project management within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Experience working with international clients, preferably in France/EU.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage client requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in packaging, labeling, regulatory compliance, or artwork management is a plus.
