Business Development Manager – Digital Marketing & Creative Services

About the role

The Fox Advertisement, a Bhopal‑based digital marketing and creative services agency, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth. You will work closely with founders and the strategy team to understand prospects' marketing challenges and propose tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients across relevant industries.
• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Engage business owners, founders, and marketing heads via calls, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and networking events.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospects' current marketing activities, challenges, and growth objectives.
• Present agency capabilities, case studies, and customized solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and scopes of work in coordination with internal teams.
• Follow up consistently until opportunities are closed or qualified out.
• Negotiate and close business deals independently.
• Collaborate with the founder/strategy team on larger strategic opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, proposals, and next actions.
• Facilitate smooth handover of onboarded clients to delivery teams.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence speaking with founders and senior decision‑makers.
• Enjoys sales, networking, and relationship building.
• Professional fluency in Hindi and English.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and follow‑ups.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue generation.
