Business Development Executive – Growth & Marketing Solutions

About the role

ADko Marketing & Technologies is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive to expand its client base in Kochi. You will identify new business opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and convert qualified prospects into long‑term partnerships for its performance‑marketing and technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Research target industries, markets and decision‑makers to uncover potential opportunities.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals and events.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on budget, needs and decision‑making authority.
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations and service demonstrations with founders, business owners and marketing leaders.
• Recommend appropriate digital‑marketing, branding, technology, website and growth solutions.
• Prepare customized proposals, quotations, pitch decks and commercial presentations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to negotiation and deal closure.
• Maintain consistent follow‑ups, support pricing discussions and contract negotiations.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects and existing clients to identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal marketing, creative, strategy and development teams to ensure accurate solution planning and smooth onboarding.
• Record all activities in the CRM and track pipeline performance, conversion rates and revenue targets.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems to track leads and sales activities.
